Spinach and the fresh taste of frog...
Don't forget this brand of fresh spinach, folks. What probably happened is, the water the spinach was washed in contained polliwogs and these became fresh new frogs, right in the packages. So if you're looking for a salad with a little more body, then be sure and try this brand. Don't forget, it's the extra care that Mexican companies take that makes the difference.

Aug. 23, 2007 -- Bags of baby carrots sold by King Sooper, Ralphs, Publix, and Trader Joe's have been recalled because of possible Shigella contamination.
The recalled products are:
The carrots were sold in several states:
Shigella are bacteria that cause diarrhea (which may be bloody), fever, nausea, and vomiting. Illness usually lasts from four days to two weeks. The infection may be severe in very young people, very old people, or people with compromised immune systems.
Infection can be passed from person to person.
There have been four cases of food poisoning associated with the carrots, all in Canada. All four patients recovered.
The voluntary recall is a precautionary measure undertaken by the Los Angeles Salad Co., of City of Industry, Calif.
Consumers who have purchased the products may return them to the place of purchase for a full refund. Those with questions may contact Los Angeles Salads at (626) 322-9017.

Well I am forbidden to talk bad about the President or his laws or even his war for a while.
Do to the fact that he signed a Presidential order bring back the sedition act of 1819.
For those of you out there who have no clue about what I am talking about, click here.
This was done during the filibuster in which the hoped to find a way out of the war we are in....
So in lew of this I am going to post about other things that the sedition act does not control.
So I am adding this story about one of my scientific heroes...
John Hutchison the man who discovered that putting sound waves and magnetic waves in the same frequency cause matter to change, too bad the scientific community is not smart enough to understand it all.
John Hutchison, The Wild Scientist From Vancouver
Photo: Dr. John Hutchison in his living room surrounded by a collection of ship instruments. As he has removed furniture and other household items to give room for the multitude of equipment, the feeling is like being inside a submarine.
Photo: John shows the quartz type battery and some drawings of it, taps the battery for a moment and the red LED starts glowing.
John connects battery leads to a LED. Then he starts tapping, bending and
hitting the battery in a way only he masters as the builder of the
experimental power source. After a while the battery comes into life and
lights the red LED. The LED is connected to the battery without series
resistor so the idle voltage stated as 18 volts apparently drops down to the
red LED operating voltage of some two volts with load connected. "I
sold a 55 000 volt type made to Japan. It was very well made. The owner is now
showing it to audience".
Another type of John's batteries is the Electric Crystal which has been baked
from natural minerals. "I like this one - it is so easy to make and
the materials are dirt cheap. I have made honeycombs with 1 cc of material in
each cell to give more voltage and current. Good ones
that I sold for 35 000 USD gave 3 volts and one amp.
I have made prototype for a 55 000 volt battery but it blew up. I have it on
video."
Well, what he then intends to do with them? "Now I would rather get
these batteries out of my hands to concentrate on further experiments with the
Hutchison Effect", he states.
Rotating Ear In Living Room
One of the eye catching apparatus resembles a giant ear. "It is a
direction finding antenna used in ships", John tells. "I
can put it rotating. It does not shake although it is heavy. It just vibrates
a little". John kneels down on the floor to avoid being hit by the
circling aerial and accelerates it to a speed of several rounds per second.
The feeling is so authentic that we have a desire to run to the ship bridge to
check the radio beacon markers from the direction finding screen...

John Hutchison Raided At
Gunpoint
By Canadian Police -- CLICK
HERE FOR UPDATE
Reporting From
Shreveport, Louisiana
UNITED STATES
Word has been received this morning, Saturday, 18 March 2000, that John
Hutchison
has been raided at
gunpoint by Canadian Police.
John's apartment in New Westminster, British Columbia, was raided at 2 PM
Friday,
17 March 2000, by
gun-wielding police searching for firearms. An antique gun collection
owned by Hutchison was
confiscated in its entireity.
According to Hutchison, a phone call was received at about 2 PM Friday, stating
that
it was the police, and
asking John to answer his door. Hutchison states that there were
8 to 10 individuals
pointing weapons at him, only two or three of whom were in uniform.
The rest were dressed in
dark clothing.
Hutchison was handcuffed and placed on the outside steps while police searched
the
apartment. No
warrant was claimed or shown at any time. Police stated only that there
had been an anonymous
complaint that firearms were being brought into the apartment.
Police also called in an "electrical inspector" to examine John's lab
equipment. This
is the famous
"Hutchison apparatus" with which John produces the renowned
"Hutchison
Effect."
Additional individuals dressed in suits were brought in who took extensive
photographs
of the Hutchison
apparatus. Hutchison indicates that these persons had an "official
air"
about them, and that they
might be Government agents, especially given the confiscation
of the original Hutchison
lab, which took place while John was out of the country in 1990.
None of these persons
showed any identification.
Those who have followed John's career of invention and innovation will recall
that his
first laboratory was
forcibly seized by the Canadian Government on 24 February 1990 by
the direct order of former
Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney. The Government
has retained the lab in
spite of a court order by Judge Paris of the Supreme Court of
British Columbia to return
it.
A
previous raid on John Hutchison's apartment involving his collection of antique
firearms occured in 1978,
and processing took two years. The confiscated antiques were
returned at the order of
Judge Cronin. These events occured under the administration of
former PM Pierre Trudeau.
Former PM Joe Clark, who took over in the 1980s following
the Trudeau
administration, wrote to Hutchison offering help and support.
The present raid follows close on the heels of a recent successful levitation
performed
11 October 1999 which was
videotaped by John. The effect was achieved after six days
worth of attempts.
However, neighbors called local police to complain about Hutchison's experiment.
It
is unclear whether
something in their apartment levitated, although there is no other way
known at this time that
they could have been aware of the levitation experiment that was
in progress. The
neighbors in question live across the street from Hutchison.
The sound of approaching sirens was recorded on the video soundtrack of
Hutchison's
camcorder during the
experiment, and video of some emergency vehicles and personnel
was obtained.
Further updates on the situation will be posted promptly on this website.

AMY GOODMAN: The soft drink giant Pepsi has been forced to make an embarrassing admission: Its bestselling Aquafina bottled water is nothing more than tap water. Last week, Pepsi agreed to change the labels of Aquafina to indicate the water comes from a public water source. Pepsi agreed to change its label under pressure from the advocacy group Corporate Accountability International, which has been leading an increasingly successful campaign against bottled water.
In San Francisco, Mayor Gavin Newsom recently banned city departments from using city money to buy any kind of bottled water. In New York, local residents are being urged to drink tap water. The U.S. Conference of Mayors has passed a resolution that highlighted the importance of municipal water and called for more scrutiny of the impact of bottled water on city waste.
The environmental impact of the country's obsession with bottled water has been staggering. Each day an estimated 60 million plastic water bottles are thrown away. Most are not recycled. The Pacific Institute has estimated 20 million barrels of oil are used each year to make the plastic for water bottles.
Economically, it makes sense to stop buying bottled water as well. The Arizona Daily Star recently examined the cost difference between bottled water and water from the city's municipal supply. A half-liter of Pepsi's Aquafina at a Tucson convenience store costs $1.39. The bottle contains purified water from the Tucson water supply. From the tap, you can pour over 6.4 gallons for a penny. That makes the bottled stuff about 7,000 times more expensive, even though Aquafina is using the same water source.
Gigi Kellett of Corporate Accountability International joins us in Boston, the group spearheading the Think Outside the Bottle campaign. We're also joined by freelance writer Michael Blanding. Last year he wrote an article for Alternet.org called "The Bottled Water Lie." We welcome you both to Democracy Now!
I want to begin with Gigi Kellett. Talk about Pepsi's admission.
GIGI KELLETT: Well, after a couple of years of our Think Outside the Bottle campaign, we have been asking of the bottled water corporations to come clean about where they get their water, what is the source of the water that they're bottling, because most people don't know that Pepsi's Aquafina, Coke's Dasani, come from our public water systems. And so, after thousands of phone calls, thousands of public comments submitted to the corporation, and us taking these demands directly to the corporation's annual shareholder meeting this year, Pepsi last week made the announcement that it would reveal that it gets its water from our public water systems.
AMY GOODMAN: Now, where exactly does Pepsi get it? Which public water supply?
GIGI KELLETT: Well, that is the issue that we're really looking at next, is what cities are they bottling the water in. You know, here in Massachusetts, it's coming from Ayre, Mass. So we want to make sure that on those bottles it says: "Public water source: Ayre, Massachusetts." That way, people know exactly what they're getting when they're buying that Aquafina bottled water.
AMY GOODMAN: Ayre being the name of a town in Massachusetts.
GIGI KELLETT: Ayre is the name of a town, right. Exactly.
AMY GOODMAN: And what happens to the town? They have their public water supply, and they have the plant for Pepsi?
GIGI KELLETT: That's right. We want to make sure that -- you know, Pepsi has certainly taken a lead on this for the bottled water industry, and we want to make sure that Coke and Nestle also follow suit. One of the things that we're finding as we're talking to people about this issue on the street is that they don't know where the water is coming from. And the bottled water corporations have spent tens of millions of dollars on ads that make people think that bottled water is somehow better, cleaner, safer than our public water systems. And in reality, we know that that's not true. And so, we want to make sure that we're increasing our people's confidence in their public water systems once again and knowing that we need to be investing in our public systems.
AMY GOODMAN: Gigi, can you go further on who owns what? You mention Nestle. What does Nestle own?
GIGI KELLETT: Nestle owns several dozen brands of bottled water. The bottled water brand they source from our public water systems is called Nestle Pure Life. They also own Poland Spring, Ozarka, Arrowhead. The list goes on. And regionally, it's distributed across the country. And then we also have Coca-Cola, which bottles Dasani water, and, of course, Pepsi with Aquafina.
AMY GOODMAN: And when it comes to being tap water, what is the difference between plain tap water and distilled water from these public sources.
GIGI KELLETT: Well, there's very little difference. You know, our public water systems go through a very rigorous testing and monitoring system and is tested by the Environmental Protection Agency. So we want to make sure that people know that our public water systems are much better regulated than these bottled water brands, which don't have to go through the same rigorous type of process.
AMY GOODMAN: We're talking to Gigi Kellett, associate campaigns director of Corporate Accountability International. Michael Blanding, a freelance writer, has written the piece "The Bottled Water Lie." Michael, what is the lie?
MICHAEL BLANDING: Well, there are actually several lies, I think, that the bottled water companies perpetrate, but I think the main one is exactly what Gigi said, that this image bolstered by, you know, millions and millions of dollars of advertising that bottled water is somehow better for you, it tastes better, it's more pure. And in many cases, that's simply not true. People are paying enormous premiums for bottled water and don't even realize the fact that in many cases not only does tap water taste the same, but that it's actually more tightly regulated and actually healthier for you. There have been, you know, several cases of bottled water that's actually been contaminated and found to contain hazardous chemicals. And tap water, there's actually a rigorous testing and monitoring of the water supply that actually in many cases makes it healthier.
AMY GOODMAN: When we come back from break, I want to talk about some of those cases of contamination, but also talk about the community struggles that are working to take back their water supply. Our guests are Michael Blanding, who wrote "The Bottled Water Lie," and Gigi Kellett of Corporate Accountability International. Stay with us.
[break]
AMY GOODMAN: Now, Michael, you begin your piece by talking about Antonia Mahoney. Talk about who she is.
MICHAEL BLANDING: She was someone who was just walking down the street in downtown Boston when the folks at Corporate Accountability -- Gigi and the folks in her group -- were holding something called the Tap Water Challenge, which was a taste test between tap water and various bottled water brands, Aquafina and Dasani. And I stood there during the afternoon and watched many people come up who were bottled water drinkers and could swear that they could tell the difference and that they could recognize their brand.
And Antonia Mahoney was one of those who -- she actually had given off drinking tap water a few years ago and was drinking only Poland Spring and knew that she
In China, over a million poplar trees have been planted since 2002 to combat deforestation. But the move has not been widely applauded by everyone. The poplars, which are genetically engineered, are China's first foray into the world of transgenic forestry -- or "frankenforests" -- and other countries are not far behind.
As the biotech industry continues to lay the groundwork for genetically engineered crops -- poorly tested, widely debated and yet plugged as a technological wonder -- a potentially greater threat to biodiversity has begun to emerge. Pushed forward by biotech and the multibillion-dollar timber industry, genetically engineered trees are the latest invention.
"The industry has tried very hard to keep it quiet, or tout the technology as benign and beneficial to the environment," says Anne Petermann, co-founder of the Global Justice Ecology Project, a nonprofit established to advance global justice through ecological awareness. "The technology is moving forward very quickly, outpacing regulations. There are no controls in place to properly address or assess the risks -- which are major."
GE trees are planted in monoculture forests, which look more like plantations, and pose serious risks to the ecosystem. Trees live decades or centuries longer than plants, and their seeds can travel hundreds of miles, increasing the likelihood of gene contamination to wild species. The technology was created to optimize the manufacturing process, but environmentalists worry that it will open an ecological Pandora's Box and threaten the health of the forests we depend on for survival.
The world is a test lab
GE forestry research is already alarmingly prevalent across the globe. The United States leads the world in research projects, with 150 tree test plots -- two-thirds of the world's known research areas -- and they are joined by Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Finland, France, Germany, Japan, New Zealand, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Despite the prevelance of the practice, GE forestry has remained somewhat obscured by GE crops, which have raised more immediate health concerns, as forestry "doesn't seem to affect the daily shopping trip -- or at least, less visibly," according to Larry Lohmann, a researcher with U.K.-based Corner House, a nonprofit that fights for social and environmental justice.
"But the problems transgenic trees pose are just as severe. Whether it's endangering wild species or pollen drift, the fact is we're in danger of setting off a chain of events that's irreversible. We don't know what we're messing with," he says.
From the perspective of the timber industry, driven by commercial pressure and deforestation to "build" its own resources, the case for GE trees is clear-cut. Uniform, faster-growing species produce more paper or lumber in a shorter period of time, driving down costs. Faster-growing trees also produce greater biomass, which can potentially be converted into a second-generation biofuel -- an important financial incentive in the current gold rush for agrofuels. Biomass furthermore acts as a carbon sink, sucking carbon dioxide emissions from the air, which the industry claims is an environmental plus, though native forests actually absorb more. The industry's outlook is simple: The technology poses minimal risk with maximum return.
"The industry is looking for a way to make more money, damn the consequences. What's driving this is not environmental concern, but mass production -- you can't say that's environmentally friendly," says Lohmann.
Concerns over the technology's long-term impact are serious. "The forests are already under tremendous pressure from climate change and human interaction," says Dr. Ricarda Steinbrecher, co-founder of the London-based nonprofit science watchdog Eco-Nexus. Steinbrecher, also co-author of "Hungry Corporations: Transnational Biotech Companies Colonize the Food Chain," has a Ph.D. in molecular genetics.
"Compared to crops that have been cultivated for thousands of years, trees are 'wild.' If a GE trait enters a forest species, the implications could be absolutely horrendous. We could see the ecological system weaken and collapse. Without the forests, we're sunk."
Steinbrecher's fears resonate deeply with environmentalists. Given genetic science's infancy, which has been plagued repeatedly by controversy, biotech -- with its thrust towards profit -- has continued to promote its art as a magic bullet solution. But there's always the risk of misfire. And now that trees have been loaded into the barrel, environmentalists, those involved in forestry, indigenous peoples and scientists have worked to raise the alarm.
"Forests are crucial to us," says Alexander Evans, research director at the Forest Guild, which promotes responsible forestry in America, noting how they are one of the most valuable and little-understood ecosystems in the world. "When it comes to GE, the potential risks are not well understood, so why go into it? We're not into the quick-return model -- there are too many hidden costs. There's simply no reason to take the risk."
The risks, in fact, are numerous. Genetically modified trees have been engineered to exhibit unnatural traits such as herbicide tolerance, insecticide production, reduced lignin content, the substance that makes trees strong but must be removed to make paper, and finally, sterility.
Many of these qualities have already proved problematic. For example, herbicide-resistant trees are meant to reduce the quantity of herbicides applied to tree plantations, yet experience shows that farmers who converted to herbicide-resistant, genetically modified crops used just as much herbicide as their counterparts, according to the World Wildlife Fund.
Or take sterility, also known as terminator technology and by far the most controversial. In GE crops, this strategy was used to prevent farmers from saving and replanting seeds, thus compelling them to buy from dealers -- a highly lucrative move for the multinational/agrochemical seed industry. With trees, however, the technology is meant to act as a biosafety control to prevent contamination as trees, large organisms with a long life span, have enormous potential for gene flow.
So far, engineering persistent sterility has been impossible. But its success would be worse, creating sterile trees that would produce no seeds, pollen, fruit or flowers, sources of food for thousands of species of birds, insects and animals. Instead, sterile trees would comprise forests akin to silent green desserts, devoid of life.
"From a scientific perspective, we haven't got a clue what the response (in GE trees) will be. There's real arrogance in saying that we do," says Steinbrecher. "Genome scrambling isn't like moving Lego blocks. It's introducing a number of mutations into the plant's DNA, and the side effects are not something we can predict."
The U.S. approves GE trees
Back in the States, however, major transgenic tree projects are in the works. On July 16, APHIS (Animal Plant Health Inspection Service), a subsidiary of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, approved a request by forestry giant ArborGen to let a field of genetically modified eucalyptus trees flower and produce seeds -- a monumental move that has alarmed environmentalists worried about GE trees interbreeding with wild ones.

Camps for Citizens: Ashcroft's Hellish Vision
Attorney general shows himself as a menace to liberty.
By Jonathan Turley
Jonathan Turley is a professor of constitutional law at
George Washington University.

Atty. Gen. John Ashcroft's announced desire for camps for U.S. citizens he
deems to be "enemy combatants" has moved him from merely being a
political
embarrassment to being a constitutional menace.
Ashcroft's plan, disclosed last week but little publicized, would allow him
to order the indefinite incarceration of U.S. citizens and summarily strip
them of their constitutional rights and access to the courts by declaring
them enemy combatants.
The proposed camp plan should trigger immediate congressional hearings and
reconsideration of Ashcroft's fitness for this important office. Whereas
Al Qaeda is a threat to the lives of our citizens, Ashcroft has become
clear and present threat to our liberties.
The camp plan was forged at an optimistic time for
Ashcroft's small inner
circle, which has been carefully watching two test cases to see whether
this vision could become a reality. The cases of Jose Padilla and Yaser
Esam Hamdi will determine whether U.S. citizens can be held without charges
and subject to the arbitrary and unchecked authority of the government.
Hamdi has been held without charge even though the facts of his case are
virtually identical to those in the case of John Walker Lindh. Both Hamdi
and Lindh were captured in Afghanistan as foot soldiers in Taliban units.
Yet Lindh was given a lawyer and a trial, while Hamdi rots in a floating
Navy brig in Norfolk, Va.
This week, the government refused to comply with a federal judge who ordered
that he be given the underlying evidence justifying Hamdi's treatment. The
Justice Department has insisted that the judge must simply accept its
declaration and cannot interfere with the president's absolute authority
in "a time of war."
In Padilla's case, Ashcroft initially claimed that the arrest stopped a plan
to detonate a radioactive bomb in New York or Washington, D.C. The
administration later issued an embarrassing correction that there was
no evidence Padilla was on such a mission. What is clear is that Padilla
is an American citizen and was arrested in the United States--two facts
that should trigger the full application of constitutional rights.
Ashcroft hopes to use his self-made "enemy combatant" stamp for any
citizen
whom he deems to be part of a wider terrorist conspiracy.
Perhaps because of his discredited claims of
preventing radiological
terrorism, aides have indicated that a "high-level committee" will
recommend
which citizens are to be stripped of their constitutional rights and sent
to Ashcroft's new camps.
Few would have imagined any attorney general seeking to reestablish such
camps for citizens. Of course, Ashcroft is not considering camps on the
order of the internment camps used to incarcerate Japanese American
citizens in World War II. But he can be credited only with thinking
smaller; we have learned from painful experience that unchecked authority,
once tasted, easily becomes insatiable.
We are only now getting a full vision of Ashcroft's America. Some of his
predecessors dreamed of creating a great society or a nation unfettered
by racism. Ashcroft seems to dream of a country secured from itself,
neatly contained and controlled by his judgment of loyalty.
For more than 200 years, security and liberty have
been viewed as coexistent
values. Ashcroft and his aides appear to view this relationship as lineal,
where security must precede liberty.
Since the nation will never be entirely safe from terrorism, liberty has
become a mere rhetorical justification for increased security.
Ashcroft is a catalyst for constitutional devolution, encouraging citizens
to accept autocratic rule as their only way of avoiding massive terrorist
attacks.
His greatest problem has been preserving a level of panic and fear that would
induce a free people to surrender the rights so dearly won by their ancestors.
In "A Man for All Seasons," Sir Thomas More was confronted by a young
lawyer,
Will Roper, who sought his daughter's hand. Roper proclaimed that he would
cut down every law in England to get after the devil.
More's response seems almost tailored for Ashcroft: "And when the last law
was
down and the devil turned round on you, where would
you hide, Roper, the laws
all being flat? ... This country's planted thick with laws from coast to
coast ... and if you cut them down--and you are just the man to do it--do
you really think you could stand upright in the winds that would blow
then?"
Every generation has had Ropers and Ashcrofts who view our laws and traditions
as mere obstructions rather than protections in times of peril. But before
we allow Ashcroft to denude our own constitutional landscape, we must take
a stand and have the courage to say, "Enough."
Every generation has its test of principle in which people of good faith can
no longer remain silent in the face of authoritarian ambition. If we cannot
join together to fight the abomination of American camps, we have already
lost what we are defending.

"New world Order"
U.S. CONCENTRATION CAMPS
FEMA AND THE REX 84 PROGRAM
There over 600 prison camps in the United States,
all fully operational and ready to receive prisoners. They are all staffed and
even surrounded by full-time guards, but they are all empty. These camps are to
be operated by FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) should Martial Law
need to be implemented in the United States.
The Rex 84 Program was established on the reasoning that if a mass exodus of
illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up
and detained in detention centers by FEMA. Rex 84 allowed many military bases to
be closed down and to be turned into prisons.
Operation Cable Splicer and Garden Plot are the two sub programs which will be
implemented once the Rex 84 program is initiated for its proper purpose. Garden
Plot is the program to control the population. Cable Splicer is the program for
an orderly takeover of the state and local governments by the federal
government. FEMA is the executive arm of the coming police state and thus will
head up all operations. The Presidential Executive Orders already listed on the
Federal Register also are part of the legal framework for this operation.
The camps all have railroad facilities as well as roads leading to and from the
detention facilities. Many also have an airport nearby. The majority of the
camps can house a population of 20,000 prisoners. Currently, the largest of
these facilities is just outside of Fairbanks, Alaska. The Alaskan facility is a
massive mental health facility and can hold approximately 2 million people.
A person named Terry Kings wrote an article on his
discoveries of camps
located in southern California. His findings are as follows:
Over the last couple months several of us have investigated three soon-to-be
prison camps in the Southern California area. We had heard about these sites and
wanted to see them for ourselves.
The first one we observed was in Palmdale, California. It is not operating as a
prison at the moment but is masquerading as part of a water facility. Now why
would there be a facility of this nature out in the middle of nowhere with
absolutely no prisoners? The fences that run for miles around this large
facility all point inward, and there are large mounds of dirt and dry moat
surrounding the central area so the inside area is not visible from the road.
There are 3 large loading docks facing the entrance that can be observed from
the road. What are these massive docks going to be loading?
We observed white vans patrolling the area and one came out and greeted us with
a friendly wave and followed us until we had driven safely beyond the area. What
would have happened had we decided to enter the open gate or ask questions?
This facility is across the street from the Palmdale Water Department. The area
around the Water Department has fences pointing outward, to keep people out of
this dangerous area so as not to drown. Yet, across the street, the fences all
point inward. Why? To keep people in? What people? Who are going to be it’s
occupants?
There are also signs posted every 50 feet stating: State of California
Trespassing Loitering Forbidden By Law Section 555 California Penal Code.
The sign at the entrance says: Pearblossom
Operations and Maintenance Subcenter Receiving Department, 34534 116th Street
East. There is also a guard shack located at the entrance.
We didn’t venture into this facility, but did circle around it to see if there
was anything else visible from the road. We saw miles of fences with the top
points all directed inward. There is a railroad track that runs next to the
perimeter of this fenced area. The loading docks are large enough to hold
railroad cars.
I wonder what they are planning for this facility? They could easily fit 100,000
people in this area. And who would the occupants be?
Another site is located in Brand Park in Glendale. There are newly constructed
fences (all outfitted with new wiring that point inward). The fences surround a
dry reservoir. There are also new buildings situated in the area. We questioned
the idea that there were four armed military personnel walking the park. Since
when does a public park need armed guards?
A third site visited was in the San Fernando Valley, adjacent to the Water
District. Again, the area around the actual Water District had fences logically
pointing out (to keep people out of the dangerous area). And the rest of the
adjacent area which went on for several miles was ringed with fences and barbed
wire facing inward (to keep what or who in?) Also, interesting was the fact that
the addition to the tops of the fences were fairly new as to not even contain
any sign of rust on them. Within the grounds was a huge building that the guard
said was a training range for policemen. There were newly constructed roads, new
gray military looking buildings, and a landing strip. For what? Police cars were
constantly patrolling the several mile perimeter of the area.
From the parking lot of the Odyssey Restaurant a better view could be taken of
the area that was hidden from site from the highway. There was an area that
contained about 100 black boxes that looked like railroad cars. We had heard
that loads of railroad cars have been manufactured in Oregon outfitted with
shackles. Would these be of that nature? From our position it was hard to
determine.
In searching the Internet, I have discovered that
there are about 600 of these prison sites around the country (and more literally
popping up overnight do they work all night). They are manned, but yet do not
contain prisoners. Why do they need all these non-operating prisons? What are
they waiting for? We continuously hear that our current prisons are overcrowded
and they are releasing prisoners because of this situation. But what about all
these facilities? What are they really for? Why are there armed guards yet no
one to protect themselves against? And what is going to be the kick-off point to
put these facilities into operation?
What would bring about a situation that would call into effect the need for
these new prison facilities? A man-made or natural catastrophe? An earthquake,
panic due to Y2K, a massive poisoning, a panic of such dimensions to cause
nationwide panic?
Once a major disaster occurs (whether it is a real event or manufactured event
does not matter) Martial Law is hurriedly put in place and we are all in the
hands of the government agencies (FEMA) who thus portray themselves as our
protectors. Yet what happens when we question those in authority and how they
are taking away all of our freedoms? Will we be the ones detained in these camp
sites? And who are they going to round up? Those with guns? Those who ask
questions? Those that want to know what’s really going on? Does that include
any of us? The seekers of truth?
When first coming across this information I was in a state of total denial. How
could this be? I believed our country was free, and always felt a sense of
comfort in knowing that as long as we didn’t hurt others in observing our
freedom we were left to ourselves. Ideally we treated everyone with respect and
honored their uniqueness and hoped that others did likewise.
It took an intensive year of searching into the
hidden politics to discover that we are as free as we believe we are. If we are
in denial, we don’t see the signs that are staring at us, but keep our minds
turned off and busy with all the mundane affairs of daily life.
We just don’t care enough to find out the real truth, and settle for the
hand-fed stories that come our way over the major media sources television,
radio, newspaper, and magazines. But it’s too late to turn back to the days of
blindfolds and hiding our heads in the sand because the reality is becoming very
clear. The time is fast approaching when we will be the ones asking "What
happened to our freedom? To our free speech? To our right to protect ourselves
and our family? To think as an individual? To express ourselves in whatever way
we wish?"
Once we challenge that freedom we find out how free we really are. How many are
willing to take up that challenge? Very few indeed, otherwise we wouldn’t find
ourselves in the situation that we are in at the present time. We wouldn’t
have let things progress and get out of the hands of the public and into the
hands of those that seek to keep us under their control no matter what it takes,
and that includes the use of force and detainment for those that ask the wrong
questions.
Will asking questions be outlawed next? Several instances have recently been
reported where those that were asking questions that came too near the untold
truth (the cover up) were removed from the press conferences and from the
public’s ear. Also, those that wanted to speak to the press were detained and
either imprisoned, locked in a psychiatric hospital, slaughtered (through
make-believe suicides) or discredited.
Why are we all in denial over these possibilities? Didn’t we hear about prison
camps in Germany, and even in the United States during World War II? Japanese
individuals were rounded up and placed in determent camps during the duration of
the War. Where was their freedom?
You don’t think it could happen to you? Obviously
those rounded up and killed didn’t think it could happen to them either. How
could decent people have witnessed such atrocities and still said nothing? Are
we going to do the same here as they cart off one by one those individuals who
are taking a stand for the rights of the citizens as they expose the truth
happening behind the scenes? Are we all going to sit there and wonder what
happened to this country of ours? Where did we go wrong? How could we let it
happen?

The Coming American Holocaust? 9-22-98
Note - The following is an interview with 'Mr. Sea' regarding alleged New World Order plans for the U.S. and its citizens. This is being posted as a point of information. We have seen video of the Indiana facility mentioned and it does appear to accurately fit the description in this interview.
[NOTE: odds are you won't believe this source, so I have included an alternative source including admissions from the Director of Resource Management for the U.S. Army and from Congressman Henry Gonzales (D,Texas). Read it and get very angry. - W.A.C.]
In the spring of 1997, Senior Editor, Professor Ian Stewart, met with "Mr. Sea" (real name known but withheld) to discuss what he has learned first-hand about the coming persecution at the hands of the New World Order operatives.
With a seven-inch thick portfolio filled with photographs, news articles, correspondence, etc., Mr. Sea revealed disturbing information about New World Order efforts to destr
